Move confidently with GoodMaps
Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) and Grand Wayne Convention Center, in collaboration with the WindSwell Foundation, have launched GoodMaps®, an innovative, accessibility-focused navigation tool designed to make navigating public spaces easier for everyone.
The new technology gives travelers, visitors, and community members a free, easy-to-use mobile app to independently and confidently navigate these two public facilities. GoodMaps® uses precise indoor mapping technology and accessible wayfinding to provide users with real-time, turn-by-turn directions through their mobile device, helping users identify their location, navigate to their destination within our facility, and better understand the environment around them. This technology is designed with accessibility at its core and offers a valuable resource for individuals who are blind or have vision impairments.
