Fully carpeted meeting spaces: by design, GWCC meeting spaces are luxuriously appointed with top grade, acoustically beneficial carpet to visually and audibly improve presentations, promote greater guest and vendor comfort, and help create the perfect mood for all events.
Free room set, tables, chairs, podiums, and more: three shifts of on-site engineering crews work in tandem with our event managers to keep room transitions happening with remarkable attention to detail, cleaning, and quick response time. Event planners may also request one (1) complimentary stage up to 8' x 24' size with free set-up for rented spaces.
Easy move-in and accessibility our docks and drayage areas offer easy access, including direct drive-in options, to interior spaces and are fully complementary without fees or infringements often associated with other convention facilities.
Free high-performance WiFi: our complementary, high-capacity WiFi service easily accommodates up to 5,000 guests with secure and speedy broadband connectivity.
