Grand Wayne Convention Center is designed to simplify your event process with enhanced accessibility to the spaces within. Drayage areas off Washington Boulevard on the north side and an expanse of bays along Webster Street on the west side make event unloading and loading easier for planners and drivers. Engineering and security staff are notably accommodating and happy to assist with scheduling. Click here to see a gallery of additional Loading Dock photos.
Public spaces adjacent to convention hall or meeting room entrances are typically considered complimentary pre-function space for the event within the room. This works ideally for event registrations, luncheons, or cocktail and networking activities. These spaces are enhanced with plenty of natural light, polished terrazzo, and Grand Wayne Center’s unique, sleek architectural style.
These spaces may also be used independently as event space, if no other events occupy the adjoining rooms. Please talk with a Grand Wayne Center sales manager for details. Click here to see a gallery of additional Foyer & Corridor Space photos.
