Challenging times call for creative solutions. We’ve always taken extra measures to ensure the safety and confidence of our guests, and now we’re raising the bar even higher. 

In addition to our on-site event hosts and security, we’re implementing advanced cleaning solutions to help our guests feel comfortable while attending and accomplishing the meetings and events that keep your organization connected and moving forward. 

We are on a mission to keep our guests healthy. Here are the actions we are taking to increase safety in our facility.

• We are expanding our cleaning and sanitizing protocols for all public spaces and communal areas, paying special attention to frequently used and/or touched surfaces.
  
• We are posting queues to help with physical distancing including noted spacing in gathering areas and with respect to all 122 restrooms.
  
• We will be cleaning every meeting environment by sanitizing all doors, tables, chairs, light switches, and other equipment after each group’s use.
  
• We are creating comfortable, adjusted seating and traffic flow patterns to ensure appropriate physical distancing while adhering to Fire, Health, and CDC guidelines.
